During a 1982 mission with United States Coast Guard, Chris Devlin-Young's plane encountered heavy fog and crashed into a mountain range in Alaska. The crash killed several of those on board and left Chris paralyzed from the waist down. In a remarkable comeback, Chris has made his way to the top of numerous podiums in Para-alpine skiing. He is a four-time Paralympic Games medalist, World Cup champion, and 10-time US National Champion.
